Taha Enes ÇAĞLAR

I am an attorney at law and a member of the Istanbul Bar Association since 2017. I graduated from Selçuk University Faculty of Law in 2015. In 2019, I completed my LL.M. in Public Law at Marmara University Institute of Social Sciences with a thesis titled “Dissolution of Parliament.” I am currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Public Law at the same institution.

My professional experience includes human rights law, applications to the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) and the Constitutional Court of Turkey, as well as criminal law. I also provide legal consultancy in family law and various other areas of Turkish law.
